TERMS AND POLICIES


[Method of payment]
We accept checks, money orders and cashiers checks. We are sorry that we can not accept credit cards at this time. Please make checks payable to MMSW Work Wear.

[Order Processing]
Each order will be shipped within one business week from date of order. While we try to maintain our stock, on occasion we may be out of an item. If we are out of an item that you have ordered we will notify you by email. If you have not provided an email address, we will try to reach you by phone. If we can not reach you by phone, then we will contact you by mail. Any out of stock item will be removed from your order and you will be reimbursed for the cost of that item with a company check. All reimbursements for out of stock items will be within one business week from the date of order.

[Return]
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please return it. To return any item just follow the instructions on the customer satisfaction packing slip enclosed with your order. We will be happy to exchange any item or issue a refund check.
